肾盂癌p53蛋白、AgNOR和PCNA相关性及临床意义的研究

采用免疫组化和银染色技术对31例肾盂癌组织中p53蛋白，核仁组成区嗜银蛋白（AgNOR）和增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）进行研究。发现肾盂癌p53表达阳性率，AgNOR颗粒计数和PCNA增殖指数均随肿瘤病理分级、临床分期的上升而增加，且与预后呈负相关。p53蛋白阳性表达组AgNOR颗粒计数和PCNA增殖指数显著高于p53蛋白阴性表达组。肾盂癌AgNOR计数与PCNA增殖指数间存在正相关性。提示p53蛋白表达，AgNOR计数和PCNA免疫染色在肾孟癌生物学行为及预后评估中具有重要意义。

Correlation between Mutant p53 Protein,AgNOR and PCNA Exprcssion in Carcinoma of Renal Pelvis

Mutant p53 protein, silver-binding nucleolar organizer region (AgNOR) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) were assayed in 31 cases of carcinoma of renal pelvis using the immunohistochemical technique and argyrophil method for AgNOR. The results showed that the positive rates of p53 expression, AgNOR count and PCNA index were all increased with the rising of pathological grade and clinical stage of the disease, but that the rates were not related with prognosis. The AgNOR count and PCNA index in cases positively stained for p53 were significantly higher than in those negative for p53. Our findings suggest that there is a good correlation between AgNOR count and PCNA indices. Furthermore, the p53 expression, AgNOR and PCNA might be of value inthe evaluation of biological behavior and prognosis of renal pelvis cancer.
