摘    要:通过测定Cu^2+介导氧化修饰的低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白中脂质过氧化物的含量,超氧化物歧化酶的活性,观察了茶多酚及维生素E对血浆脂蛋白氧修饰的影响。实验结果表明,与氧化修饰脂蛋白组相比,茶多酚和维生素E能明显地抑制脂质过氧化物生成,提高超氧化物歧化酶活性,茶多酚和维生素E对脂质过氧化物生成的抑制率,在低密度脂蛋白中分别为83.01%和50.45%;高密度脂蛋白分别为85.63%和47.97%,对

Abstract:The effect of tea polyphenols (TP) and vitamin E on the oxidative modification of plasma lipoprotein wasstudies by determining the content of lipid peroxide (LPO) and activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in oaidized lowdensity lipoprotein (Ox-LDL) and oxidized high density lipoprotein (Ox-HDL) in vitro by Cu2+. The results showedthat compared with the oxidized lipoprotein groups, TP and Vit E elevated SOD activities and inhibited LPO production. -Inhibition ratio in LDL were 83. 1 %and 50. 45%, in HDL were 85. 63% and 47. 97%, respectively. Increase ratio ofSOD activities in LDL were 163. 39 % and 61. 43%, in HDL were 143. 59% and 50. 52 %,respectively. This experimentsindicated that TP and Vit E possessed the protective effect to LDL and HDL of oxidative modification.
