| 摘 要： | 1临床资料2002-01/2004-01我院接诊取出宫内节育器(intrauterine device,IUD)失败56例,育龄期5例,年龄20～40岁,上环时间1～7 a;绝经前期10例,年龄43～54岁,上环年限6～24 a;绝经期1～2 a者18例,年龄45～56岁,上环年限10～26 a;绝经2 a以上者23例,年龄52～75岁,上环16～42 a.所有病例均有1～5次取环失败,均无取环禁忌.设备运用日本Olympus公司生产的宫腔镜,要求取器者术前先行宫腔镜联合B超检查.
