利胆排石中药复方对离体兔Oddi括约肌和十二指肠平滑肌收缩活动的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨利胆排石中药复方对离体兔Oddi括约肌和十二指肠纵行肌收缩活动的直接作用。方法 将肌肉标本放置于灌流肌槽中 ,加入大黄、茵陈、郁金、栀子不同组方水煎液 ,记录肌肉自动收缩活动的变化。结果 复方大黄、茵陈、郁金 (大茵郁 )水煎液无论中性还是酸性均可明显提高Oddi括约肌收缩波平均振幅 ,加快节律性收缩频率 ,具有明显的剂量效应关系 (r =0 .97,P <0 0 0 1 ;r =0 .99,P <0 0 0 1 ) ,也可浓度依赖性地提高十二指肠纵行肌收缩波平均振幅和张力 (r =0 .99,P <0 0 0 1 ;r =0 .99,P<0 0 0 1 ) ;复方大黄、茵陈、郁金、栀子 (大茵郁栀 )水煎液具有与大茵郁相似的作用。结论 利胆排石中药复方大茵郁和大茵郁栀对离体兔Oddi括约肌和十二指肠纵行肌具有兴奋作用 ,可直接加强其节律性收缩和紧张性收缩。

Abstract:Objective To observe the direct effects of Lidanpaishi compound on contractile activity of isolated rabbit sphincter of Oddi and smooth muscle of duodenum. Methods The organ-bath was used to observe the contractile activity of isolated smooth muscle from rabbit sphincter of Oddi and duodenal longitudinal layer after cumulatively administrated different compound decoctions of Radix et Rhizomarbei, Herba Artemisiae Scopariae, Radix Curcumae (RHR) and Radix et Rhizomarbei, Herba Artemisiae Scopariae, Radix Curcumae, Fructus Gardeniae (RHRF). Results Acid or neutral water decoctions of compound RHR significantly increased average contractile amplitude and contractile frequency of sphincter of Oddi in dependent manner, and also increased the average contractile amplitude of duodenal longitudinal muscle and its resting tension. The effects of compound RHRF were same as compound RHR.Conclusion: The decoctions of compound RHR and RHRF could excite isolated rabbit sphincter of Oddi and smooth muscle of duodenum, and enhance their rhythmic and tensive contraction.
