| 摘 要： | 目的]了解大丰市居民胃癌死亡的趋势和流行病学特征.方法]对大丰市1971～2003年胃癌死亡资料进行时间趋势分析.结果]33年间大丰市胃癌死亡率男性高于女性,且均随着年龄的增加而上升.1971～2003年各时间段的死亡率趋势有所不同,70年代呈现快速上升趋势,80年代至90年代末呈平稳上升趋势,1999年以后略呈下降趋势,但仍位居肿瘤死因第3位.结论]近年来大丰市居民胃癌死亡率有下降趋势.

| Abstract: | To investigate the mortality trend and epidemiological features of stomach cancer in Dafeng,Jiangsu province from 1971 to 2003.Death registry data of stomach cancer collected in Dafeng county from 1971 to 2003 were used to analyze the change of mortality.The mortality of stomach cancer in male had been higher than that in female for 33 years in Dafeng.The mortality of stomach cancer rose progressively with age going up.The mortality of stomach cancer had a different trend in different period with a sharp increase in 1970's,and an even ascension from 1980's to 1990's.But a slight decrease had happened since 1999.The stomach cancer also ranked the third leading cause of cancer-related death.Conclusions]The mortality of stomach cancer has a slight decline in Dafeng in recent years. |
