深圳市福田区2011年艾滋病疫情流行分析

目的分析深圳市福田区2011年艾滋病流行状况。方法运用描述性分析方法,对收集到的深圳市福田区2011年艾滋病疫情报告进行分析。结果深圳市福田区2011年新发现HIV/AIDS 139例,男女病例为10.6∶1,年龄较为集中在20～40岁,以青壮年为主;多为流动人口为主(占67.6%);以性接触感染为主,占82.7%,而其中44.6%是经男男同性性接触感染。结论 2011年深圳市福田区艾滋病疫情长期增长趋势仍然没有改变,但在特定人群(如男男同性恋人群等)呈高流行态势,疫情正由高危人群向一般人群持续扩散。开展普通人群和重点人群的艾滋病防控工作刻不容缓。

Analysis and countermeasures on AIDS epidemic situation in Futian District, Shenzhen of 2011

Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of AIDS in Futian District of Shenzhen and propose some feasible countermeasures.Methods The information about the epidemic situation of AIDS in Futian District,Shenzhen of 2011 was collected.Distribution analysis method was used to analyze.Results The new HIV/AIDS cases in 2011 were 139.The distribution features included: gender,age,prevalence approach,prevalence source,distribution of city borough etc.Conclusion AIDS epidemic in the whole region was a low endemic situation of the population.However,certain groups(such as gay men and people,etc.) showed a high prevalence trend.Disease continues to spread from high-risk groups to the general population.It is an urgency to study the prevention and countermeasure of AIDS in Futian District of Shenzhen scientifically.
