| 摘 要： | 目的：优选如意金黄散巴布剂制备工艺最佳参数。方法：通过正交设计试验，以影响膏体成型工艺的中药浸膏用量、搅拌速度、炼和温度为因素，设计L9（3^4）正交表，以巴布剂膏体的剥离强度、初黏力为量化指标，综合感观评分为综合考察指标，同时对最佳含水量进行单因素考察，通过数据分析，优选出最佳制备工艺参数。结果：巴布剂膏体制备工艺最佳参数为中药浸膏1．5g、炼和温度50℃、搅拌速度500r·min^-1、含水量为48％，其中各因素对剥离强度作用大小依次为中药浸膏（P〈0．05）、炼和温度（P〈0．05）、搅拌速度（P〉0．05）；对初黏力作用大小依次为中药浸膏（P〈0．05）、炼和温度（P〉0．05）、搅拌速度（P〉0．05）；对综合物理性状指标影响作用大小依次为中药浸膏（P〈0．05）、炼和温度（P〈0．05）、搅拌速度（P〉0．05）。结论：采用优化后巴布剂粘贴性能优良，各项指标均符合外用贴敷要求。
