| 摘 要： | 目的：考察不同提取方法对金银花中绿原酸含量测定结果的影响。方法：应用乙醇回流、水蒸气蒸馏，超声、微波等方法提取金银花，采用高效液相色谱法测定金银花中绿原酸的含量。结果：微波和超声提取金银花，绿原酸含量最高，且无明显差异。结论：微波和超声提取方法提取效率高，并且简单、稳定、可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To test the different methods of extraction result of Chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae.Methods:The determination of Chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae has been carried out by RP-HPLC.The four different ways ofalcoholrefluence extraction,water distill extraction,microwave extraction and ultrasonic extraction were compared.Results: the extractive rate of Chlorgenic acid in Flos Lonicerae in the ultrasonic and microwave method was higher than that the other methods.Conclusion:The microwave and ultrasonic extraction method is well,and simple,stable and feasible. |
