| 摘 要： | 目的利用住院病案首页进行终末病例分型增加统计数据之间的可比性和可信性。方法将6种常见病按传统统计方法与终末病例分型管理方法分别统计后将结果进行评价。结果统计数据增加了数据之间的可比性和可信性,采集便捷,统计方法合理。结论终末病例分型管理可操作性强,统计数据可比性强、可信性高。适合各级医院对住院病案进行评价分析。为医疗保险控制住院费用过度增长提供了一个有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To apply the terminal case classification and further to increase the comparability and credibility between the statistical data.Methods Six kinds of common diseases were classified and compared by traditional statistical methods and terminal case classification,respectively.Results Terminal case classification,with convenient collecting and reasonable statistical methods,increased the comparability and credibility between the data.Conclusion Terminal case classification is suitable for all levels... |
