老年冠心病患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1的测定及其与脂蛋白(α)的相关性分析的测定

摘    要:目的:探讨老年冠心病患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的水平及其与脂蛋白(α)(Lp(α))的关系。方法:检测25例老年冠心病患者血清IGF-1、Lp(α)水平,并与28例健康中青年人、22例健康老年人作比较,同时还分析了血清IGF-1水平与Lp(α)的相关性。结果:①健康老年人血清IGF-1水平明显低于健康中青年人(P<0.05);②老年冠心病组IGF-1(α)高于两对照组(均为P<0.05);③老年冠心病组的Lp(α)高于两对照组(均为P<0.05);④老年冠心病组IGF-1水平与Lp(α)呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:以上提示血清IGF-1、Lp(α)与冠心病的形成密切相关,IGF-1与LP(α)的代谢密切相关。

Abstract:To investigate the serum level of IGF-1 and the correlation between serum IGF-1 level and serum LP(a) level in aged coronary heart disease patients. Method: Serum level of IGF-1 ,LP(a) in 25 aged case of coronary heart disease (CHD) were detected, and were compared with that in 28 cases of healthy adults (25-45 years old) and that in 22 case of healthy aged control (61 - 85 years old) .Meanwhile the correlation of serum (a) with Lp(a) was also analysed.Results:1 Serum IGF-1 Level in aged healthy control was obviously lower than that in healthy adults ( P < 0.05); 2 IGF-1 level in aged CHD group was remarkably lower than that in the two groups of normal controls (P < 0.05) ;3 The level of Lp(a) in aged CHD group was significantly higher than that in the aged healthy control ( P < 0.01) ;4 In aged CHD group, the serum IGF-1 level was negatively correlated with Lp(a) ( P < 0.01). Conclusion: Based on the above results, it could be concluded that the decrease of serum level of IGF-1 and the increase of serum level of Lp(a) are the important factors that promote CHD, and there is a close relationship between the change of serum IGF-1 and Lp(a).
