| 摘 要： | 目的：提高对肺炎性假瘤影像学特征的认识。方法：收集22例经手术病理证实的肺炎性假瘤病例,着重分析其影像学特征。结果：平直征、桃尖征、局限性胸膜增厚粘连、长毛刺、小空洞、均匀强化等征象,对肺炎性假瘤的诊断具有重要意义。结论：紧密结合临床全面分析其影像学特征,可以提高肺炎性假瘤的诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective To boost the recognition of imaging features of inflammatory pseudotumor of the lung Methods Analysis its imaging features by collecting 22 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor of the lung rerified by pathologic diagnosis Results The "flat straight sign","peach cusp sign",local plural thickness and adhesion,long thorns,small cavity and homogeneous enhancement are of great significance in diagnosis of such kind of disease Conclusions It's possible to increase the diagnostic rate of inflammatory pseudorumor of the lung by solidly considering the imaging features in clinic |
