心包穿刺改良放液疗法的探讨（附68例报告）

目的：探讨心包积液穿刺改良放液疗法的疗效及安全性。方法：将102例心包积液患者随机分为二组，治疗组68例采用改良放液方法，即首次抽液300ml，以后每次尽量抽尽液体至抽不出为止，每1－2天1次；对照组34例采用常规穿刺放液疗法，两组的病因学治疗相同，用统计学方法对两组穿刺的次数和积液消失天数、并发症发生率进行比较。结果：治疗组穿刺次数及积液消失天数，均较对照组明显为少（P＜0．01），两组未出现并发症。结论：改良后的心包穿刺放液疗法确能缩短病程及提高疗效。

Study of the therapeutic efficacy of pericardial effesion with modificatary drainage method

Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy and safaty of pericardiocentesis and modified drainage method Methods 102 pericardial effusion cases were ramdomly divided into 2 groups:68 cases were treated with a method of modified drainage(300ml pericardial effusion was drainaged at the first time and them it was drainaged each time as possible as we do,unit drainaged nothing Once with 1~2 days,34 cases were treated with a method of routine drainage Etiolgy and treatment were similar in both troups.The curative effect was compared with the control growp Results Purectured times and days for disappearance of pericadial effession in modified group were much less than the routine group(P<0 01) and without complication Conclusions Modified drainage method could shorten curative time and improve the curative effect of pericarial effusion
