老年原发性高血压病24小时平均脉压与血尿酸水平的相关分析

[目的]探讨老年原发性高血压病（PH）24h平均脉压（MPP）与血尿酸（uA）的关系。[方法]对85例老年PH患者，74例正常人进行MPP及UA值检测，对比研究。[结果]（1）PH组MPP及UA值均显著增高，与对照组差异显著（P〈0．05）。（2）尿酸增高与高血压病脉压增高的严重程度呈正相关（r=0．46，P〈0．05）[结论]UA水平增高与MPP增高都是老年PH发病的独立预测因子，并且在老年PH的发生发展中有相当作用。

Relationship between mean pulse pressure and uric acid in aged patients with primary hypertension

[Objective]To investigate the relationship between mean pulse pressure and uric acid in aged primary hypertension patients.[Method] To compare the changes and the relationship of uric acid and mean pulse pressure in 85 patients with primary hypertension and 74 cases of normal healthy person.[Result](1)Uric acid and mean pulse pressure in primary hypertension group were all significant high,there were remarkable different with normal healthy group(P<0.05).(2)There was a positive relation between the level of uric acid and the degree of mean pulse pressure(r=0.46,P<0.05).[Conclusion]High uric acid as well as mean pulse pressure is an independent risk factor of hypertension,and play a rather role in the occurring and development of hypertension.
