Lichtenstein法无张力疝修补术治疗120例成人腹股沟疝体会

目的总结Lichtenstein法治疗成人腹股沟疝的疗效。方法120例腹股沟疝患者,采用Lichtenstein法行无张力疝修补术,其中斜疝93例（包括复发性斜疝14例,双侧斜疝3例）;直疝27例。结果120例患者手术过程顺利,手术时间平均50（45-60）min,术后住院5-7 d。伤口感染1例,经抗生素治疗及局部换药痊愈;阴囊积液4例,经阴囊穿刺1-2次治愈;局部疼痛2例,术后1-3月逐渐好转。术后96例获随访,平均14个月,无一例复发。结论Lichtenstein法治疗成人腹股沟疝效果确切,符合解剖生理特点,操作简单,术后并发症少,值得推广。

Experiences of Lichtenstein's Open Tension-free Herniorrhaphy for Inguinal Hernia in Adults (120 Cases Report)

Objective To summarize the Lichtenstein＇s open tension-free herniorrhaphy for inguinal hernia in adults. Methods 120 patients suffered from inguinal hernia were treated by Lichtenstein＇s tensionfree herniorrhaphy, including 93 of indirect hernia and 27 of direct hernia. In the 93 indirect hernia patients, there were 14 of recurrent ones, and 3 of bilateral ones. Results All the operations succeeded. The mean operative time was 50（45 - 60） minutes. The hospital stay after operation was 5 to 7 days. One suffered wound infection, and recovered later by using antibiotic and dressing changing. 4 suffered hydrocele, and were cured by scrotum puncture once or twice. 2 suffered postoperative pain in the groin, but improved 1 to 3 months later. During the average 14 months follow-up in 96 cases, no one relapsed. Conclusion It has the advantages of good therapeutic effect, simple operation, low post-operative complication rate of Lichtenstein ＇s open tensionfree herniorrhaphy for inguinal hernia in adults.
