Practice and Experience on Hospital Construction Project Management

This article presents his experiences and the main contents of hospital construction project during the different periods of hospital construction procedure such as feasibility research period, conception period and construction period in connection with his management practice on hospital construction project, and explains as focus concrete measures to manage the project cost.
