摘    要:Metheods DLC-Ti, pure Ti, medical stainless steel and pure copper wereimplanted in the mices, and NK cell activity and Il2were determined respectivgy 1, 2,4 and 6 weeks after the implantation.Results The resultsimdicated that the suppression of NK cell aetivity and IL2 effected by the DLC- Ti wasremarkable at the 4th week after implantation, them returned to normal at the 6th week.But the effects of the pure Ti was more severely than that of DLCTi. ConclusionThe results showed that DLC- Ti has better biocompectibility than pure Ti.
