彩色多普勒超声联合癌相关糖蛋白抗原、癌胚抗原在乳腺癌诊断中的价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声联合血清癌相关糖蛋白抗原(CA-153)、癌胚抗原(CEA)在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法 116例女性乳腺肿块患者,均进行彩色多普勒超声及血清CA-153、CEA检测,并结合活检和(或)手术后病理诊断进行统计分析。结果彩色多普勒超声、血清CA-153、血清CEA及三者联合检测诊断乳腺癌的敏感性分别为84.78%,52.17%,28.26%,97.83%。三者联合应用的诊断敏感性与单独应用的诊断敏感性相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声联合CA-153、CEA平行(并联)检查可提高乳腺癌诊断的敏感性,降低漏诊率。

Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Mammasonography Combined with Serum CA-153 and CEA on Breast Carcinoma
