豚鼠面神经失神经支配后口轮匝肌琥珀酸脱氢酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶酶活性观察

摘    要:目的:观察豚鼠面神经失神经支配后口轮匝肌有氧代谢能力、神经递质传递及运动终板变化。方法:应用光学显微镜及计算机图像分析技术观察面神经损伤后口轮匝肌琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)的变化。结果:面神经失神经支配后口肌SDH和AchE酶活性减弱,其 损伤程度:断组>压榨30秒组>压榨15秒组。结论:面神经损伤后口肌SDH和AchE酶活性减弱,面神经损伤越重口肌损伤越重。

Abstract:Objective The changes of aerobic metabolism , neurotransmitter transmitting and motor end plate in musculus orbicularis oris (m.oris ) of guinea pigs after denervation were observed . Methods Succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and acetylcholinesterase (AchE) changes of m.oris after facial nerve injury were observed via light microscope and image pattern analysis. Results The enzymatic activity of SDH and AchE of m. oris decreased after denervation and the degree of damage was : the excision group > the compression group for 30s > the compression group for 15s. Conclusions The loss of m.oris enzymatic activity was related with the degree of facial nerve injury.
