摘    要:目的:探讨Survivin、Ki67在星形细胞瘤中的表达规律和意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测10例正常脑组织和59例星形细胞瘤中Survivin蛋白及ki67的表达,并结合病理特点进行分析。结果:正常脑组织中未见Survivin表达,星形细胞瘤中Survivin表达阳性率为64.4%.组织学分级之间差异显著(P<0.05)。此外Survivin的表达还与Ki67呈明显相关(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin在星形细胞瘤中高表达,与星形细胞瘤的恶性程度、增殖活性密切相关,可望成为诊断治疗的新靶点。

Abstract:Object: To evaluate the relationship between the expression of Survivin and ki67 and pathology grade in brain astrocytic tumors. Methods: The expressions of Survivin, ki67 were detected by immunohistochmical method in the paraffin -embeded sections of 59 astrocytic tumors and 10 cases normal brain tissue. Results: No survivin expression was detected in the tissue samples from normal brain, while it was detected in 38 of 59 tissue samples from astrocytic tumors (64.4%). Expression of survivin was significantly associated with malignant grade of astrocytic tumors. Furthermore, survivin -positive astrocytic tumorshad higher ki-67 LI than that of survivin -negative astrocytic tumors(P<0. 05). Conclusion; Survivin has up-regulation in astrocytic tumors and related to malignant grade and proliferative activity of astrocytic tumors. Survivin may be identified as a potential targets for diagnosis and treatment.
