补肾健脾汤用于多囊卵巢综合征促排卵疗效观察

目的观察补肾健脾汤用于肾亏脾虚型多囊卵巢综合征促排卵的临床疗效。方法将60例脾肾亏虚型多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例于月经第5天口服补肾健脾汤水煎剂,1剂/d,连服至排卵日;对照组30例于月经第5天开始口服克罗米芬50 mg/d,连服5 d。B超监测卵泡生长情况,当卵泡直径≥18 mm时,肌肉注射HCG 10 000 IU诱发排卵。观察HCG日优势卵泡数、最大卵泡平均直径、子宫内膜厚度及排卵率、妊娠率,同时观察患者腰酸腿软、头晕耳鸣、神疲肢倦、纳少便溏等肾亏脾虚的症状改善情况。结果治疗后治疗组临床症状改善情况明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗组HCG日优势卵泡数、HCG日子宫内膜厚度、妊娠率均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论补肾健脾汤治疗肾亏脾虚型多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕促排卵疗效优于西药克罗米芬,且可以明显改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Observation of curative effect of Bushenjianpi decoction on promoting ovulation in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Bushenjianpi decoction on promoting ovulation for deficiency of spleen and kidney type polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 60 patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney type polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups.The patients in treatment group(30 cases) were treated with Bushenjianpi decoction one dose a day by oral administration from the 5th day menstruation to oviposit day.The control group(30 cases) were treated with clomiphene citrate 50 mg/d on the 5th day menstruation,continued for 5 days.Follicular growth was detected by B-mode ultrasound,ovulation was induced by intramuscular injection of HCG 10 000 units when the follicular diameter≥18 mm.The quantity of advantage follicles,average maximum follicular diameter,endometrial thickness and ovulation rate,pregnancy rate were observed on the HCG days.At the same time the improvements of the spleen and kidney deficiency symptoms such as aching pain of waist and knees,dizziness and tinnitus,emotionally and physically burnout,eat less and stools dilute were observed.Results The improvements of clinical symptoms in treatment group were better than that in control group(P<0.05).The quantity of advantage follicles,endometrial thickness and pregnancy rate on the HCG days in treatment group were better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of BushenJianpi decoction on promoting ovulation for deficiency of spleen and kidney type polycystic ovary syndrome is superior to western medicine clomiphene citrate,and can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life significantly,so it is worthy of clinical application.
