针刺人中穴后效应的认知脑功能研究

摘    要:目的明确针刺人中穴后效应的认知脑功能变化。方法选取6例轻度认知障碍患者,在针刺人中穴前后进行静息态扫描,分析脑功能连接变化。结果人中穴出针后,顶下小叶的连接减少明显。左背外侧前额叶皮质(DLPEC)与双侧的额叶连接,双侧额叶之间的连接,左侧额叶与左侧DLPFC、左侧前额皮质前部(aPFC)等的连接均增强。结论人中穴出针后有后效应,有明显的认知脑功能连接变化。

Abstract:Objective It is to clarify influence on brain cognitive functional connection of effect after acupuncture at DU26.Methods Needling at DU26 was performed in six subjects.Scanning at rest were adopted before and after acupuncture at different acupoints.Changes of brain functional connections were observed.Results After witherawing needle of acupucunture DU26,trends toward decreased in the connections of the IPL,but toward increased in the connections of the left DLPFC with bilateral frontal cortex,left frontal corte with right frontal cortex,left DLPFC,left aPFC.Conclusion During needle retaining of acupucunture at DU26,brain areas related to cognitive and emotional are activated.
