联合检测血清SCC CYFRA21-1 NSE对肺癌的诊断价值

目的探讨血清肿瘤相关因子鳞状细胞癌相关抗原(SCC)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值及临床意义。方法 174例肺癌患者、60名肺部良性肿瘤患者及60名正常人进行血清SCC、CYFRA21-1、NSE水平检测,比较三组患者血清SCC、CYFRA21-1、NSE表达差异及不同病理类型肺癌患者血清SCC、CYFRA21-1、NSE表达差异。结果肺癌患者血清SCC、CYFRA21-1、NSE水平高于正常人及肺部良性肿瘤患者,正常人及肺部良性肿瘤患者之间表达无差异,小细胞肺癌患者血清NSE水平高于鳞状细胞癌及腺细胞癌,鳞状细胞癌患者血清SCC水平高于小细胞癌及腺癌,鳞状细胞癌及腺细胞癌患者血清CYFRA21-1表达水平高于小细胞癌。结论 SCC、CYFRA21-1、NSE在肺癌患者血清不同程度表达异常,对其联合检测有助于肺癌的诊断及分型。

Diagnostic value of combined detection of serum SCC,CYFRA21-1 and NSE levels for hung cancer

Objective To investigate the value of detectingsquamous cell carcinoma antigen（SCC）,CYFRA21-1 and NSE that was correlative cell factor with tumor for diagnosis and clincal therapy of lung cancer.Methods The levels of SCC,CYFRA21-1 and NSE in serum were detected in 174 cases of patients lung cancer,60 cases of patients with lung benign tumor and 60 health adult,difference of expressive lever in SCC-Ag,CY21-1 and NSE were contrast in every groups,and lever of SCC,CYFRA21-1 and NSE on patients with lung cancer were compared in different histology category.Results expressive level of SCC,CYFRA21-1 and NSE were higher in patients with lung cancer than in patients with benign tumor and health adult,expressive level of NSE was higher in patient with small cell lung cancer than with squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma,but expressive level of CYFRA21-1 was opposite,expressive level of SCC was higher in patient with squamous cell carcinoma than in patient with adenocarcinoma and health aduit.Conclusion expressive level of SCC,CYFRA21-1 and NSE were abnormal,combined detecting was helpful for diagnosis and discriminating pathology category.
