| 摘 要： | 目的：评估养血润目法治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法：将51例干眼症患者随机分为养血润目组（治疗组）和人工泪液组（对照组）。治疗组用针刺、中药灸、耳穴贴压法，对照组点人工泪液。治疗前后分别检查局部症状和测定泪液分泌量（Schirmer法）、泪膜破裂时间。结果：治疗组总有效率为88．5％，优于对照组的52．0％（P〈0．05）。结论：养血润目法是治疗干眼症的较佳方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effect of the method for nourishing blood and moisturizing eye on xerophthalmia. METHODS: Fifty-one cases of xerophthalmia were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group were treated by acupuncture, moxibustion with Chinese medicine, and auricular point pressing, and the control group were treated with dripping of artificial tears. Local symptoms of eyes, tear secretion amount (Schirmer method) and BUT were observed before and after treatment. RESULTS: The total effective rate of 88.5% in the treatment group was better than 52.0% in the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The method for nourishing blood and moisturizing eye is a better therapy for xerophthalmia. |
