张湾区2012年性病疫情报告质量分析

目的：提高辖区性病疫情报告质量、掌握真实疫情水平，为下一步制定科学有效的防治措施提供可靠依据。方法：从《性病监测报告管理系统》中导出相关数据进行统计分析，分析指标：网络报告率、网络报告重复率、及时报告率、误报率、及时审查率。结果：张湾区性病疫情报告；网络直报率、及时报告率、及时审卡率100％、重卡率为3．6％，误报率为0，显示疫情报告质量较好。2012年全区累计报告性病病例250例，计5种，总报告发病率为78．125／十万，其中，梅毒发病123例，占发病总数的49．2％；尖锐湿疣发病58例，占发病总数的23．2％；沙眼衣原体发病38例，占发病总数15．2％；淋病发病20例，占发病总数6．7％；生殖器疱疹6例，占发病总数2．01％。结论：张湾区在性病诊断与疫情报告质量方面还存在一定的不足。所以必须加强性病门诊的监督和管理工作，落实各项性病监测干预措施及技术规范，强化报病责任人的疫情报告意识和法律意识，以提高性病疫情报告的效率和质量。

In 2012 the region reported a total of 250 cases of sexually transmitted diseases, 5, the total incidence rate of 78.125/ one hundred thousand, among them, the incidence of syphilis in 123 cases, accounting for 49.2% of the total incidence; pathogenesis of condyloma in 58 cases, accounting for 23.2% of the total incidence; Chlamydia trachomatis in 38 cases, accounting for the total incidence of 15.2%; 20 cases of gonorrhea morbidity, incidence a total of 6.7%; 6 cases of genital herpes, accounting for the total incidence of 2.01%.Conclusion： The Bay Area there are still some deficiencies diagnosed with venereal disease outbreaks have been reported in terms of quality. Therefore, the need to strengthen the supervision and management of sexually transmitted diseases clinic work, and implement interventions STD surveillance and technical specifications, enhanced reporting disease outbreaks have been reported persons responsible for consciousness and awareness of the law, in order to improve the efl~iciency and quality of venereal disease reporting.
