| 摘 要： | 中国红参总皂甙和高丽红参总皂甙对环磷酰胺所致巨噬细胞吞噬功能抑制、白细胞减少和迟发型超敏反应抑制均有对抗作用,在相同剂量下二者作用相近。两种红参总皂甙对环磷酰胺所致溶血素形成抑制亦有对抗作用,在相同剂量下中国红参总皂甙的此种作用强于高丽红参总皂(?)。

| Abstract: | It's known from our previous investigation that ginseng root saponins show antagonistic effects on immunosuppression induced by cyclophosphamide or tumor. In the present study, a comparison of actions of Chinese red ginseng saponins (CRGS) and Korean red ginseng saponins (KRGS) against immunosuppression induced by cyclophosphamide (CY) was made. Both CRGS and KRGS antagonized the CY-induced suppression of macrophage's phagocytosis and delayed hypersensitive reaction, and CY-induced decrease of WBC number in mice. These effects of CRGS are similar to those of KRGS at the same dosagelevel. They also antagonized the CY-induced suppression on hemolysin formation in mice. However the effect of CRGS is more potent than that of KRGS. |
