依沙吖啶与米非司酮联合用于疤痕子宫中期妊娠引产114例临床观察

目的观察依沙吖啶与米非司酮联合用于疤痕子宫中期妊娠引产的效果。方法观察组114例口服米非司酮片50mg,tid,总量150mg。24h后经腹向羊膜腔内注入依沙吖啶针50mg。结果用药1次流产有效率观察组达100%,对照组为92.8%,两组比较差异有显著性意义（p〈0.01）;观察组平均胎儿娩出时间、平均胎盘娩出时间及总流产产程均短于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性意义（p〈0.01）;出血量少于对照组,副反应发生率为2.6%,明显低于对照组的11.2%。结论依沙吖啶与米非酮联合用于疤痕子宫中孕引产,可减少依沙吖啶对人体的毒性作用,使流产时间缩短,流产痛苦减轻,提高流产的有效率,降低子宫破裂的风险,减少胎盘胎膜残留、流产产后出血及感染的发生率。

Clinical Observation of 114 Cases Patients With The Scarred Uterus Abortion Interim Pregnancy Treated by Combining Using of Rivanol and Mifepristone

Objectie To probe into the effect of using Rivanol and Mifepristone to treat The Scarred Uterus Abortion Interim Pregnancy. Methods In research group,Mifepristone 50mg was used in 114 patients orally,tid and total 150mg. After taking Mifepristone for 24 hours,amoniotic cavity was injected Rivanol 50mg. The patients incontrol group were given Rivanol only. Results The effective rate reached 100% in research group using Mifepristone one time. But in the control group,the effective rate was 92.8%.There was a significant difference between the two groups（p〈 0.01）. Conclusion Combined uging Rivanol it can shorten the couirse of abortion,alleviate the pain improve the success rate,reduce placedta embryolemma remaining,decrease the amount of blood and the occurrence rate of infection.
