射频温控热凝术治疗原发性三叉神经痛临床研究Ⅰ.疗效与病程及性别的相关性分析

目的：评价射频温控热凝术治疗原发性三又神经痛的临床效果，了解止痛效果与病程及性别之间的关系。方法：对369例临床确诊为原发性三又神经痛的病例行射频控温热凝术治疗，分析止痛效果与病程、性别间的相关性。结果：369例中治愈363例（98、37％），好转4例（1．08％），无效2例（0．55％）。止痛效果与病程及性别无相关性（P〉0．05）。结论：对不同病程、不同性别的原发性三叉神经痛患者，射频温控热凝术治疗的止痛效果是相同的。

Analysis of relationship among curative effect of primary trigeminal neuralgia with radiofrequency thermogangliocoagulation, course of disease and sex of patients

Objective: To evaluate the clinical results of primary trigeminal neuralgia treated by RFT and analyze the relationships among curative effect, course of disease and sex of patients. Methods: Three hundred and Sixty-nine cases of primary trigeminal neuralgia were treated with RFT, a retrospective study was undertaken to analyze the relationships among curative effect, course of disease and sex of patients. Result:There is no relation between results relieving pain and course of disease and no difference between male and female about the result relieving pain (P>0. 05). Conclusion: Although patients have different course of disease and sex, the results of relieving pain of primary trigeminal neuralgia with radiofrequency thermogangliocoagulation is the same. So there is no relationship among curative effect, course of disease and sex.
