| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨临床检查对半月板损伤的诊断价值。方法：对膝关节镜手术证实的142例半月板损伤病人病史及临床表现进行分析，讨论其产生机理。结果：弹响、交锁、关节间隙压痛及回旋挤压试验对诊断半月板损伤具有重要意义。结论：临床检查是诊断半月板损伤最基本最重要的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the elvaluation of clinical examination in meniscus lesions. Methods:A total of 142 cases with the meniscus lesions underwent evaluation by clinical examination,followed by arthroscopic operation.Clinical symptoms were anaylyzed.Results:Snap,cross lock;tenderness in joint space;rotation crushed test were important in indentifying meniscus lesions.Conclusion:Clinical examination is important and essential |
