麻黄桃仁颗粒对自身免疫性甲状腺炎小鼠血清性激素的影响

目的观察雌二醇、睾酮对自身免疫性甲状腺炎(AIT)的影响和麻黄桃仁颗粒对雌二醇、睾酮水平的干扰。方法在建立小鼠自身免疫性甲状腺炎(EAT)的基础上,将麻黄桃仁颗粒分为高、中、低剂量组,并设立模型组、对照组和正常组等,经治疗后采用双抗体放射免疫法测定各组雌二醇、睾酮水平并进行比较。结果模型组小鼠血清雌二醇水平高于正常组,而睾酮水平低于正常组,与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。麻黄桃仁颗粒高、中剂量组小鼠血清雌二醇水平低于模型组,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。麻黄桃仁颗粒3个剂量血清睾酮水平与模型组相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雌二醇、睾酮对AIT有一定作用,而麻黄桃仁颗粒具有一定的降低EAT小鼠血清雌二醇水平作用。

Investigation of Mahuangtaoren Powder on serum sex hormone in mice with autoimmune thyroiditis

Objective To investigate the effect of on serum sex hormone in mice with autoimmune thyroiditis. Methods After mice models of EAT 105 were established, mice models of EAT were divided into Mahuangtaoren Powder of high-dose group, middle-dose group and low-dose group. And model group, control group and normal group were developed. After treatment destradiol and testosterone in serum of mice were measured by double antibody Radioimmunoassay. Results Destradiol in model group was higher than that in normal group (P<0.01), testosterone in model group was lower than that in normal group (P<0.01). Destradiol in Mahuangtaoren Powder of high-dose group, middle-dose group and low-dose group were lower than that in model group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences between Mahuangtaoren Powder of high-dose group, middle-dose group and low-dose group and model group in testosterone. Conclusion Destradiol and testosterone has an effect on AIT, Mahuangtaoren Powder can decrease destradiol in serum of mice with EAT.
