单光子发射计算机断层成像的质量控制与应用

摘    要:目的:通过对单光子发射计算机断层摄影术(SPECT)进行质量控制,确保SPECT的安全使用。方法:介绍Philips公司生产的Brightview型SPECT工作原理和参数测量方法,并对设备常见故障进行分析,掌握其基本的维修思路。结果:通过了解该设备的工作原理、参数检测、维护保养及常见故障的维修,掌握设备的质量控制方法。结论:对SPECT进行质量控制是医院核医学科临床影像工作的重要环节,实现提高图像质量和机器的安全性,减少不必要的辐射,从而更好地服务于患者。

Abstract:Objective:To improve the hospital degree of attention to SPECT quality control. Methods: To introduction the basic principle and test methods of the Brightview produced by Philips company, and to analyze some common troubles.Results: According to understanding the working principle, parameter testing, maintenance and troubleshooting, to master quality control method.Conclusion: The quality control of the SPECT is the demand of UM workers. To master the test methods, improve the quality of medical imaging, minimize unnecessary exposure and serve the patients better.
