摘    要:目的:研究miR-738对模式动物斑马鱼心脏发育的影响。方法:通过全胚胎原位杂交检测miR-738的表达。在斑马鱼受精卵中显微注射miR-738前体来过表达miR-738。通过显微镜成像来检测心脏表型。通过荧光素酶报告基因检测来验证miR-738调控Lefl。结果:MiR-738在30hpf斑马鱼心脏表达。MiR-738过表达导致斑马鱼胚胎心脏显著增大。MiR-738可以抑制Lefl的表达。结论:MiR-738通过Wnt信号通路调控斑马鱼心脏发育。

Abstract:Objective: To examine the function of miR-738 involved in zebrafish heat development. Methods: By microinjec- tion of miR-738 precursor into zebrafish fertilized egg to overexpress miR-738. By microscope imaging to check the heart phe-notype. By using luciferase reporter assay to validate that miR-738 regulates Lefl directly. Results: MiR-738 was detected in zebrafish heart at 30 hpf. Overexpression of miR-738 resulted in the enlargement of zebrafish embryonic heart. MiR-738 in-hibits the Lefl expression. Conclusion: MiR-738 regulates the zebrafish heart formation through Wnt signaling.
