| 摘 要： | 目的:观察降脂稳斑汤联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗难治性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选取我院难治性心力衰竭患者80例,采取联合疗法治疗14 d后,观察心功能及其他相关指标。结果:达到心功能I级18例,心功能Ⅱ级29例,心功能Ⅲ级23例;未改善8例,治疗有效70例,总有效率87.5%。结论:降脂稳斑汤联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗难治性心力衰竭具有良好的疗效,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Jiangzhi Wenban Decoction combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate treating refractory congestive heart failure. Methods： In our hospital, 80 eases of patients with refractory heart failure took the combined therapy in the treatment of 14 d. We observed cardiac function and other related indicators. Results： Improvement of cardiac function in 18 cases was grade Ⅰ ; improvement of cardiac function in 29 cases was Ⅱ grade Ⅲ; heart function improved in 23 cases ; heart function grade improved in 8 cases, effective in 70 cases, the total efficiency of 87.5%. Conclusion ： Jiangzhi Wenban Decoction combined with drugs in treatment of refractory heart failure has good effect and it is worthy of popularization and application. |
