摘    要:目的:利用临测手段加强消毒供幢中心(CSSD)院内感染控制管理,以降低院内感染率。方法:通过检测生物物质三磷酸腺苷(ATP)的含量,评估环境、医疗器械及手:口生的洁净度。结果:CSSD是院内感染的重点控制科室,医疗器械是由CSSD引起院内感染的直接祸首,故加强其清洁区、无菌区环境是CSSD管理的重点,也是院内感控重点部位。结论:运用新的技术方法,即ATP生物荧光法在CSSD加强环境、医疗器械及手卫生的洁净度三方面的监测,可有效降低院内感染率。

The application of ATP bioluminescence method in CSSD

Abstract:Objective: To strengthen the disinfection supply center by means of monitoring (CSSD) control and management of nosocomial infection, reduce the nosocomial infection rate. Methods: Through the detection of biological substances adenosine triphosphate (ATP) content, assessments of environmental, medical equipment and hand hygiene clean degree. Results: CSSD is a key control department of nosocomial infection caused by medical instruments, and is the direct culprit of nosocomial infection caused by CSSD, so strengthen the clean area, the sterile area environment is the key of CSSD management, is also the hospital infection control key parts. Conclusion: The use of new technology and methods, the ATP bioluminescence assay in CSSD strengthen the environmental, medical equipment and hand hygiene clean degree of this three respects to reduce the nosocomial infection rate.
