摘    要:目的:本实验的目的是研究氢氟酸处理瓷表面能否增强不同瓷处理剂对瓷树脂粘接强度。方法:4块(15mm×7mm×5mm)VITA金属瓷喷砂和三枪水冲后分为4组,表面分别做以下处理:第1组:Ceraresin Bond;第2组:Porcelain Primer+FL-BONDⅡ;第3组:9.5%HF+Ceraresin Bond;第4组:9.5%HF+Porcelain Primer+FL-BONDⅡ。BeautifilⅡ复合树脂堆积4mm。蒸馏水37℃水浴24h,用低速切片机垂直于粘接界面将样本切割成约10mm×1mm×1mm的样本条,以1.0mm/min的速度用微拉伸测力仪测力,将数据经方差分析统计。用扫描电镜观察界面。结果:方差分析显示第2组的粘接强度(24.23±6.09)最强,第1组的粘接强度(14.74±2.59)最小(P〈0.001)。瓷表面经9.5%HF酸蚀后,第3组(19.75±5.45)的粘接强度增加(P〈0.05),第4组(22.89±5.53)的粘接强度与第2组相比并没有统计学差异。在显微电镜下观察粘接界面的不同形态学。结论:瓷处理剂Ceraresin Bond的粘接强度比Porcelain Primer弱,但前者HF酸蚀后,粘接强度增加,而后者不能。这提示HF并不能提高所有瓷处理剂的粘接强度。

Study on the Bonding Strength with Different Treatment to Surface of Ceramic and Different Resin Cements

Abstract:Objective: To learn weather the bonding strength would enhance with different resin cements after HF etched. Methods: Four ceramics (7mm× 15mm) after sandblasted and water - spayed were divided into four groups, which received the following surface treatments: Group 1: Ceraresin bond; Group 2: Porcelain primer + FL-BOND II; Group 3: 9.5% HF + Ceraresin bond; Group 4: 9.5% HF + Porcelain primer + FL-BOND Ⅱ. Then Beautifil Ⅱ composite resin was covered for 4mm. After storage in the deionized water at 37℃for 24h, they were cut into bars (10mm×mm×mm) with a low-speed sectioning saw, and then were made micro tensile tester at a speed of 1.0mm/min. Data were statistically analyzed by one- way ANOVA. The interface was evaluated under SEM. Results: One-way ANOVA showed Gr2 (24.23±6.09) was the highest bonding strength and Grl (14.74±:2.59) was the lowest (P〈0. 001). When 9.5% HF acid-etched the ceramic surface before bonding, the bonding strength of Gr3 (19.75±5.45) was improved (P〈0.05), but it was not improved in Gr4 (22.89±5.53). The AVOVA demonstrated that there was no difference in TBS between Gr2 and Gr4. The different interfacial morphology of bonded specimens was shown under SEM. Conclusion: The results showed that the bonding strength of Ceraresin bond was weaker than the Porcelain primer. When HF-etched the ceramic surface followed by Ceraresin bond, the bonding strength was improved, but not improved in the other group. This implied HF could not enhance the bonding strength of all ceramic primer.
