| 摘 要： | 目的:研究清金得生片对Lewis肺癌细胞小鼠KAI1基因表达的影响。方法:按8.1 g·kg-1·d-1剂量的清金得生片灌胃接种了Lewis肺癌细胞的小鼠,并设立模型对照组及正常对照组;采用荧光定量PCR技术检测小鼠KAI1基因的表达,观察KAI1基因表达受清金得生片的影响。结果:KAI1基因在肿瘤组织中的表达显著低于正常肺组织及癌旁组织。结论:清金得生片抗肿瘤作用可能与其上调KAI1基因的表达有关。

| Abstract: | Objective： The purpose of this article is to study the effects of Qingjin Desheng Tablet on the expression of KAIlgene in mice inoculated with Lewis lung carcinoma cells. Method： There were three groups. The treatment group＇s mice were lavaged with Qingjin Desheng Tablet,8.1 g . kg-1. d-1 and the sham control group lavaged with saline at the same dose as the treatment group, and untreatment group. We detected the expression of KAIlgene in mice and preformed fuorescence quantitative PCR. Resuh： The expression of KAII gene in lung carcinoma was signfieantly lower than that in nomal lung tissues and paracancerous tissues. Conclusion ： Anti-tumor effect of this drug may be related to KAI1 gene upregulation. |
