摘 要: | 目的:建立桂枝、白芍药对不同比例配伍提取物的高效液相指纹图谱。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长为254 nm,柱温25℃。结果:以1,2,3,4,6-五没食子酰葡萄糖为参照峰,标定18个共有峰,指认了其中8个色谱峰。通过桂枝、白芍7个比例指纹图谱的研究,初步确定了两药材主要成分的归属,以芍药苷与肉桂酸峰面积比值为指标确定其配伍比例。结论:建立了桂枝、白芍药对不同比例配伍提取物的高效液相指纹图谱,为桂枝、白芍药对提取物的质量控制和成分鉴别及配伍提供依据。

Abstract: | Objective: To develop an HPLC fingerprint for the different compatibility proportion Persieae Ramulus and Paeoniae Radix Alba. Methods : Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 ( 250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) was adopted. The mobile phase was acetonitrile ( A )-0.1% phosphoric acid solution ( B )with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL .min-1 , and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results : It developed an HPLC fingerprint for the different compatibility proportion Persieae Ramulus and Paeoniae Radix Alba. There were a total of 18 chromatographic peaks and we identified 8 chromatographic peaks. Through studying 7 proportions of fingerprint of Persieae Ramulus and Paeoniae Radix Alba, preliminary identified the main components of two herbs belonging. Conclusion : This method may be used to control quality and identificate component of Persicae Ramulus and Paeoniae Radix Alba. |
