保和丸联合多潘立酮治疗老年功能性消化不良疗效分析

目的:对老年功能性消化不良患者联合应用保和丸及多潘立酮治疗的临床价值进行分析。方法:将82例老年功能性消化不良患者随机分为2组,以单纯接受多潘立酮治疗者为对照组,以联合应用保和丸及多潘立酮治疗者为观察组,每组41例。对两组治疗老年功能性消化不良的疗效进行分析。结果:两组治疗前各临床症状积分及临床症状总积分比较无统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后观察组各临床症状积分及临床症状总积分改善明显优于对照组(P0.05)。同时观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组(P0.05)。此外,两组药物副作用发生率比较无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:保和丸联合多潘立酮可在不提高药物副作用发生率的同时有效的改善临床治疗效果。

Analysis on Curative Effect of Baohe Pill with Domperidone Therapy for Elderly Functional Dyspepsia

Objective ： To analyze the clinical value of Baohe Pill with Domperidone therapy for elderly functional dyspepsia. Methods ： 82 cases of elderly patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups. Domperidone treatment was used in the control group. The combined use of Baohe Pill and Domperidone treatment was used in the observation group,41 cases in each group. The two groups＇ curative effect was analyzed. Results： Before treatment, the two groups＇ clinical symptoms and clinical symptoms total integral had statistical significance （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the observation group＇s clinical symptom integral and total integral clinical improvement were better than those of the control group（ P〈0.05 ）. The observation group＇s total effective rate was better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ）. In addition, two groups＇ drag side effects incidence had no statistical significance （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion ： Baohe Pill with Dmnperidone can improve the clinical therapeutic effect without increasing the incidence of drug side effects at the same time.
