| 摘 要： | 目的调查内科系统住院患者退药情况,总结分析退药原因,为减少和规范退药提供参考。方法对我院2011年3月至2011年9月住院部内科系统患者的退药情况及其原因进行统计分析。结果患者退药频次10950次,退药原因主要是医嘱调整、患者出院、停药、转科等。结论为提高医疗服务质量,保证临床用药安全,应加强药品规范化管理,规范和减少退药。

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the hospitalized patients returning drugs in internal medicine system, then analysis the reasons of drug repercussion, and provide reference for the reduction and the standardization of returned drug. Methods The drug repercussion of inpatient of the internal medical system in our hospital from March 2011- September2011 were had a statistical analysis. Results The frequency of those returning drugs is 10950, the mail reasons of drawing hack medicine are adjust of direction, patients＇ discharging from hospital, withdrawal drug, the drug of transition ,and so on. Conclusion In order to improve the quality of medical service and guarantee the safety of the clinical medication, we should strengthen the standardization management of drugs, standardize and reduce the drug withdrawal. |
