阿托伐他汀联合依那普利对高血压合并左心室肥厚患者心电图的逆转作用

目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合依那普利治疗高血压合并左心肥厚患者的效果及对异常心电图的逆转作用。方法选择2010年1月至2011年1月间我院收治的高血压合并左心室肥厚的患者58例,随机分为观察组和对照组各29例;对照组给予依那普利治疗,观察组在此基础上给予阿托伐他汀治疗;随访半年,观察两组的血压,左室重量指数的改变及心电图QT离散度的变化。结果两组治疗后血压水平分别较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),但两组间的差别并无显著性(P>0.05);观察组半年后左室重量指数,QT间期离散(QTd)度均小于对照组(P<0.05),且均较较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合依那普利治疗高血压合并左心肥厚患者降压效果明显,并能一定程度的逆转左心肥厚和异常心电图。

The Reversing Effect of Enalapril Combination of Atrovastatin on Electrocardiogram in Patients with High Blood Pressure and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

Objective To study the reversing effect of enalapril combination of atrovastatin on electrocardiogram in patients with high blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy. Method 58 cases of patients with high blood pressure and left vertricular hypertrophy were randomly divided into observation group and matched group equally. The matched group took enalapril and the other group took both enalapril and atrovastatin for 6 months. Then observed the alteration of blood pressure, left ventricular weight index and electrocardiogram QT discrete degrees. Result The blood pressure after the treatment were lower, but there is no significant differences between two groups（P）〉0.05）. In observation group, left ventricular weight index and electrocardiogram QT discrete degrees were significant lower than before（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Enalapril combination of atrovastatin can bring a better reversing effect on electrocardiogram in patients with high blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy.
