白细胞介素-2联合顺铂治疗晚期消化道恶性腹水疗效观察

目的观察白细胞介素-2联合顺铂治疗晚期消化道恶性腹水的疗效。方法治疗组用白细胞介素-2加顺铂腹腔注入,对照组单用顺铂腹腔注入,对比两组疗效。结果治疗组有效率85.3%,而对照组为54.4%,经统计学处理,两组相差有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组不良反应主要表现为发热、腹痛、胃肠道反应、白细胞减少、肌酐异常,且为轻度反应,经对症治疗后均可缓解。结论腹腔化疗时将白细胞介素-2联合顺铂应用,有较好的协同作用,治疗安全,有效,其不良反应控制在可以接受范围内,患者依从性较好,治疗组中未有因严重不良反应而停药,是治疗恶性腹水的一种有效手段。

Interleukin-2 in Combination with Cisplatin for Treatment of Advanced Gastrointestinal Malignant Ascites Efficacy

Objective To observe the intedeukin-2 in combination with cisplatin for treatment of advanced digestive tract malignant ascites effect. Methods The treatment group received interleukin-2 plus cisplatin intraperitoneal injection of the control group, intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin alone, compared to two groups. Results The treatment group was 85.3%, while the control group was 54.4%, the statistical treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）, treatment group, adverse reactions mainly fever, abdominal pain, gastrointestinal tract, white blood cells reduced creatinine abnormalities, and mild reaction, symptomatic treatment can alleviate. Conclusion Intraperitoneal chemotherapy when interleukin-2 in combination with cisplatin application, there is good synergy, the treatment is safe and effective control of its adverse effects at an acceptable range, the patient compliance is better, not because of the treatment group serious adverse reactions and discontinuation of the treatment of malignant ascites is an effective means.
