综合护理干预对慢性心力衰竭康复的影响

目的探讨综合护理干预对于慢性心力衰竭康复的效果。方法选取我院2009年10月至2010年1月收治的140例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组(70例)和对照组(70例)。两组均给予常规心内科治疗和一般护理。观察组加用综合护理措施包括心理沟通技巧、预见性护理和运动康复。结果观察组患者有效率明显高于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组出院前6min步行试验长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预的方法提高了慢性心力衰竭患者的有效率,促进患者康复,值得在临床推广应用。

Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Rehabilitation of Chronic Heart Failure Effects

Objective To investigate the comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation effect of chronic heart failure. Methods From 2009 October to 2010 January, 140 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the observation group （70 cases） and control group （70 cases）. The two groups were given conventional treatment and nursing in general internal medicine. The observation group with comprehensive nursing measures included mental communication skills, foreseeing nursing and rehabilitation exercise. Results In the observation group was better than that in control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. The observation group was discharged before the 6rain walk test than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic heart failure methods improve the efficiency, promote the recovery of the patients, is worth to popularize in the clinical application.
