改良吞咽造影检查在脑卒中后吞咽障碍中的评估价值

目的探讨改良吞咽造影在脑卒中后吞咽障碍中的评估价值。方法对63例脑卒中患者,均进行洼田饮水试验和改良吞咽造影检查,比较对吞咽障碍和误吸的检出率。使用SPSS17.0进行统计学分析。结果洼田饮水试验检出吞咽障碍和误吸为22例(34.92%)和11例(17.46%),吞咽造影检出34例(53.97%)和23例(36.51%)。经χ2检验,吞咽造影对吞咽困难和误吸的检出率明显高于洼田饮水试验(P<0.05)。结论吞咽造影是脑卒中后吞咽障碍的优良检查方法,其评估价值优于洼田饮水试验。

Evaluation Value of Modified Videofluoroscopic Swallowing Study in the Examination of Dysphagia After Stroke

Objective To explore the evaluation value of modified videofluoroseopic swallowing study in the examination of dysphagia after Stroke. Methods 63 patients with stroke had been selected. Bedside water swallowing test and videofluoroseopie examination were used to evaluate the patients swallowing function. The result were gathered and analyzed by using SPSS 17, 0. The methods were χ2 test. Results Among 63 cases, there were 22（34.92%）cases of dysphagia and ll（17.46%）cases of choking by bedside water swallowing test, 34（53.97%） cases of dysphagia and 23（36.51%）cases of choking by videofluoroscopic examination.By 2 test, we found that the diagnosis rate of dysphagia and aspiration were significant difference between water swallowing test and VFSS （P〈0.05）. Conclusion VFSS is the excellent way to examine swallowing functions and to find dysphagia after stroke.The evaluation value of modified VFSS is beyond water swallowing test.
