| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对冠心病患者介入术前焦虑的影响,为护理干预在临床应用提供理论依据。方法对北京安贞医院十八病房60例冠心病患者面对面对患者存在的心理问题进行针对性护理干预,分别介入术前3d和介入术后3d采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)测评并比较干预前后的焦虑水平。结果经护理干预后,患者的焦虑程度较手术前减轻。结论加强护理干预能有效降低冠心病患者术前的焦虑程度,能激发患者积极的心理反应,有利于患者的手术进行及术后的康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nursing intervention impact on coronary heart disease patients before coronary interventional operation and provide the theoretical basis for clinical nursing intervention application. Methods To perform the nursing intervention among 60 coronary heart disease patients in No.18 Ward of Anzhen hospital beijing. Results Nursing intervention in coronary heart disease patients can effectively prevent the patients from falling into anxiety. Conclusions The effective nursing intervention before coronary interventional operation can arouse the patient＇s active response, which is favorable to the performance of interventional operation and the recovery from the operation. |
