急性肾功能衰竭临床分析

目的探讨急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)患者的病因、临床特点、治疗及预后转归。方法回顾性分析87例急性肾功能衰竭患者的临床资料。结果 87例急性肾功能衰竭患者中,老年组为49例,青年组为38例;老年组主要病因为感染、心力衰竭、药物及恶性肿瘤等;青年组病因主要为,泌尿系结石,肾病综合征,血容量不足,肾毒性药物等。结论老年组和青年组病因构成不同,预后与其基础疾病严重程度有关,老年组治疗效果差,病死率比青年组高,重在早期预防及治疗。

Clinical Analysis of Acute Renal Failure

Objective Acute renal failure （ARF） patients the etiology, clinical features, treatment and prognosis of outcome. Methods Retrospectwe analysis of 87 cases of acute renal failure in patients with clinical data. Results 87 cases of acute renal failure patients, the elderly group, 49 cases, youth group, 38 cases; group of mainly elderly patients because of infection, heart failure, drugs and cancer, etc.; main cause of the young group, urinary stones, nephrotic syndrome, hypovolemia, renal toxicity of drugs. Conclusions Old age group and youth groups constitute different causes, prognosis, the severity of their underlying disease, poor treatment of elderly patients, the mortality rate higher than the young group, focusing on early prevention and treatment.
