布地奈德雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的临床观察

目的探讨布地奈德混悬液(普米咳令舒)雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效及安全性。方法选择绵阳中心医院儿科2010年10月至2011年4月收治的毛细支气管炎患儿102例,随机分为观察组及对照组。两组均采用喜炎平抗病毒、沙丁胺醇雾化舒张支气管、镇静止咳等综合治疗,对重症毛细支气管炎患儿给予吸氧、全身静脉激素及气管插管呼吸机辅助呼吸。观察组加用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入。用法:布地奈德1mL(含布地奈德0.5mg)加生理盐水1mL空气压缩泵雾化吸入,每日2次,疗程6d。对治疗前后症状体征、治疗效果及不良反应进行比较。结果观察组在咳嗽喘憋气促症状、肺部哮鸣音及湿啰音平均消失时间、治愈好转率等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05),无明显不良反应。结论空气压缩泵雾化布地奈德混悬液治疗毛细支气管炎方便、安全、疗效确切,无明显不良反应。

Clinical Observation of Bronchiolitis Treated yb Budesonide Inhalation Therapy

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of budesonide suspension （general Mick made the Shu） nebulisation in treatment of capillary bronchitis curative. Method 102 cases of patients with bronchiolitis from 2010 October to 2011 April in Mianyang central hospital, were randomly divided into the observation group and control group. The two grottps are used with Xiyanping antiviral, nebulized salbutamol bronchial relaxation, calm, relieve cough and other comprehensive treatment. On severe bronchiolitis in children, give oxygen, intravenous use of hormoneine, mechanical ventilation through a given ventilator. Observation group was added with Budesonide aerosol inhalation. Usage： Budesonide lmL （0.5mg containing budesonide ） plus saline lmL air compression pump inhalation, 2 times a day, 6 days in a course. Before and after the treatment of symptoms and signs, therapeutic effect and adverse reaction were compared. Results In the observation group e,f cough, wheezing, shortness of breath symptoms, pulmonary wheeze and moist rales disappear time average, healing rate and recovery rate were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. No obvious side effects. Conclusion Air compression pump of nebulized budesonide suspension in treatment of capillary bronchitis Curative was convenient, safe and effective, no obvious side effects.
