静脉免疫球蛋白联合热毒宁治疗重症手足口病疗效观察

目的探讨静脉免疫球蛋白联合热毒宁治疗重症手足口病的临床应用价值。方法将56例重症手足口患儿随机分为3组,A组常规治疗基础上予静脉免疫球蛋白(IVIG)联合热毒宁用药,B组在常规治疗的基础上加用静脉免疫球蛋白,C组在常规治疗的基础上加用了热毒宁注射液。用药后记录三组体温下降效果、皮疹消退效果、临床诊断疗效,并进行统计学检验;同时记录用药的不良反应。结果三组退热时间比较结果显示A组疗效明显优于B组、C组;三组退疹时间比较结果显示A组疗效明显优于B组、C组;三组治疗有效率比较,A组明显优于B组、C组;差异皆有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患儿治疗期间未出现明显的不良反应。结论早期应用静脉免疫球蛋白联合热毒宁可有效退热,疗效确切,安全。

Therapeutic Effect of Intravenous Immunoglobulin and Reduning Injection on Treatment of Severe Hand-foot-and-mouth Disease

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of IVIG and reduning on treatment of severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease. Methods Fifty-six patients with severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease were randomly divided into 3 groups. Record three groups decreased temperature, deflorescence, clinical diagnosis, adverse drug reactions. Results The result of compared 3 groups antifebrile time showed significantly group A better than group B, C. Difference is statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Early application oflVIG combined reduning can effective antifebrile, it is effective and safe.
