小切口白内障摘除术的临床疗效观察

目的观察小切口白内障摘除术在治疗白内障的临床疗效。方法选取2009年至2010年来我院诊治白内障的67例患者共105眼,进行小切口白内障摘除术,其中外伤性白内障7例10眼,老年性白内障49例75眼,并发性白内障6例11眼,先天性白内障5例9眼,并观察术后患眼的视力矫正情况及并发症的发生。结果本组报告的67例患者105眼,术后视力恢复在0.05～0.29共6眼,在0.30～0.49共35眼,在0.50～0.79共46眼,在0.80～1.00共18眼,复明效果较满意。术中有3眼发生小裂孔,发生率为2.9%。术后有3眼发生切口闭合不良,发生率为2.9%;有27眼发生角膜水肿,发生率为25.7%;有19眼发生虹膜炎性反应,发生率为18.1%。术后未发生眼内大出血,眼内感染等严重并发症。结论小切口白内障摘除术,手术切口小,手术操作简便,术后恢复快,是适合各级医院开展的白内障手术方式。

Conclusion Small incision cataract surgery, small incision, the operation is simple, rapid recovery, is suitable for all levels of the hospital to carry out cataract surgery.
