| 摘 要： | 目的探讨晚期肝癌的合适的化疗方案。方法采用吉西他滨联合草酸铂方案对10例晚期肝癌患者进行治疗。结果2例有效。本方案毒性反应轻微,以血小板减少为主。结论吉西他宾联合草酸铂化疗方案效果较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the chemotherapy for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Ten patients were treated by using gemcitabine plus oxaliplatin. Results The regime was found to be effective in 2 of the 10 cases. The toxicity was mild, mostly appeared as thrombocytopenia. Conclusion Gemcitabine - oxaliplatin combination therapy is a promising one for treating advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. |
