湖北省疫区改厕对控制血吸虫感染的效果研究

摘    要:目的探讨湖北省血吸虫病重疫区改厕对控制血吸虫病传染源的效果研究。方法按不同地理方位及不同粪便无害化处理的类型分别选择4个县作为观察点,采用检测血吸虫卵沉降率、人群问卷和回顾性的调查方法,对改厕村、建沼气村和未改厕村的血吸虫感染率及血防有关知识行为等情况进行调查分析。结果三格和沼气式二种类型处理设施处理的粪液,血吸虫卵沉降率分别为90.0%和90.3%,改厕村的人群血吸虫感染率比未改厕村低47.0%.改厕村经过健康教育干预后农民对粪便与血吸虫病、改厕与控制传染源等血防相关知识接受程度.明显高于未改厕村.结论血吸虫病疫区改厕后的粪便无害化处理.对减少血吸虫卵的传播,降低血吸虫感染率效果明显,改厕后对疫区农民的血防相关知识有促进作用,并对其生活习惯产生明显影响.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the outcome of reforming latrine for schistosomiasis control in Hubei. Methods 4 counties were randomly selected according to the type of the latrine and its geographical features; questionnaire on the preventive behavior of schistosomiasis was performed. The number of fecal coliform and sedimentation rate of parasite ova were measured. The relationship between the above factors was analyzed. Results The ova sedimentation rate for the three-frame latrine and firedamp latrine was 90. 0% and 90. 3% respectively. The infectious rate of schistosomiasis of the villages with the reformed latrines was 47 % less than those with the original latrine. Health behavior of the subjects in the villages with reformed latrine was much better than those of the original ones. Conclusion The reformed latrine is effective for schistosomiasis control, it could decrease the infectious rate and promote the change of personal behavior.
