康复训练对脑梗死大鼠神经功能及听觉P300认知电位的影响

摘    要:目的研究康复训练对脑梗死大鼠神经功能及听觉P300认知电位的影响。方法选择75只SD大鼠制作脑梗死动物模型,1周后随机分成康复组、制动组和自由组。康复组每天予康复训练,制动组置于网状笼内固定,自由组置于普通笼内饲养。3组分别在造模后1,2,3,4周进行神经功能评估及听觉P300认知电位测试。结果康复组在进行康复训练后各项神经功能评估中均优于制动组和自由组.P300认知电位潜伏期缩短,P300波幅增高;自由组较制动组也有所恢复。结论康复功能训练可促进脑梗死大鼠神经功能及认知功能的恢复。
